2. Compliance with the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998

All lottery schemes offered, distributed, or facilitated through Vira Agency are organized, conducted, and promoted solely by sovereign State Governments in the Republic of India pursuant to the provisions of the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Act No. 39 of 1998) and the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010.

3. Terms of Service

By browsing this portal, submitting an order, or transferring payment, you agree to the following statutory terms:

1. Distributor Role: Vira Agency functions solely as an authorized commercial stockist and order facilitator delivering physical, genuine paper tickets to patrons. Vira Agency does not run, conduct, alter, or influence any lottery draw.
2. Ticket Booking & Allocation: Tickets for bump and daily draws are booked subject to availability. Allocated ticket serial numbers are captured and provided to the patron via WhatsApp/Email before the commencement of the official draw.
3. Postal & Courier Service: For bumper tickets (e.g., Punjab State Dear Diwali Bumper), physical paper tickets are dispatched via India Post Speed Post / registered courier. Delivery tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
4. Non-Refundable: As per lottery statutory provisions, once a lottery ticket is registered, allocated, or dispatched prior to a scheduled draw, payments are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled.

4. 18+ Age Gate & Geographical Restrictions

Permitted Indian States

Under Section 5 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998, Indian states possess the statutory right to permit or prohibit the sale of lottery tickets within their territorial borders. Vira Agency only services patrons residing in states where the sale and purchase of government lotteries are permitted by law, including:

6. Official Prize Claim Procedures

In the fortunate event that your ticket wins a prize in an official government draw, claims are governed by state lottery rules:

A. Prizes up to ₹10,000 (Low-Tier Claims)

Can be claimed and disbursed directly through authorized distributors or stockists, including Vira Agency, upon presenting the original undamaged winning ticket and valid government ID.

B. Prizes Exceeding ₹10,000 (Jackpots & Bumper Prizes)

Under Indian Income Tax provisions (Section 194B) and State Lottery Directorate guidelines, high-tier prizes (such as 1st Prize ₹12 Crores, 2nd Prize ₹1 Crore, or 3rd Prize ₹50 Lakhs):

1. Must be claimed directly by submitting the original physical paper ticket to the concerned Directorate of State Lotteries (e.g., Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries, Chandigarh).
2. Must be accompanied by the prescribed Government Claim Form, 4 passport photos, self-attested PAN Card copy, and Aadhar/Passport address verification.
3. Prizes are disbursed by the State Government directly via RTGS / NEFT after statutory TDS deduction (currently 30% under IT Act + applicable cess/surcharge).
